The Harborage at Ashley Marina is a large, well managed marina that is capable of accommodating vessels up to 150 feet in length. The marina is made-up of approximately 230 newly renovated wet slips and is located in historic, downtown, Charleston. As an amenity to our owners and tenants, we have a courtesy shuttle to and from many of downtown Charleston's most popular attractions. In the spring of 2005, the marina was converted to a dockiminium and a majority of the slips were sold to individuals. Even though the marina continues to sell its remaining slips, long-term leasing and transient dockage are still primary focuses of the marina.
