Does work on boats without calling customers first then gives them a high bill for service repairs not authorized

This used to be a really nice mom pop type of marina. Jim is the manager and is a super nice guy. It recently sold and is going under some changes. They changed their hours from 7am to 7pm to the current 7am to 5pm. This causes a major problem with everyone coming in early. They have increased their dock space by about 25ft, but there are just too many boats. We have our sailboat in a wet slip, and Memorial day evening about 6:00 all of the dock space was full and there were people still pulling in. Consequently, they ended up blocking the wet slips where we keep our boat. We have been there for about 8 years total, but now we are looking for a new marina

Right at the edge of the Gulf easy in/out. Can leave boat out at night without a problem. Friendly help. Low Price. Glad I found this place. Oh, just down the river is Hooters, Catches, and Crab Shack (they close before dusk, so I just go there).

The gas is cheap (for Marine gas). They have specials (but not when I'm there. LOL).
