 Immediately off Intracoastal Waterway marker 60, our marina is tucked into the foot of the 38-foot high Indian shell mound that sites our Old House restaurant and inn. It is protected by a huge grass flat on the north and is accessible by our channel with an approach depth of seven feet at Mean Low Water. We carry 6-8 feet of water at dockside.
Secure berthing is available for large craft to 85 feet at our sturdy pier constructed docks. Skiffs and small craft are invited to tie up bow-to-shore between the pilings in front of the Old House. Transient dockage is available at $1.50 per foot. Dockage for Inn and Cottage guests is $1.00 per foot. 30 and 50 amp shore power, showers and a laundromat are available. Space is limited, especially on weekends. Call for reservations. |
