the channel into this marina is narrow and shallow. Need to pay very careful attention to avoid going aground. Docks are old and in disrepair. People are
friendly - lots of liveaboards.

Hasn't been a pump out here in years....even if they had it they would not maintain it.....owner is very lazy.....Dad owns the place, the son "runs" it it you can call what he does as "running" .....mostly drinking...................Nobody monitors 16 in the office and you're lucky if someone answers the phone at all.............................................
But I will say that it's a nice hurricane hole and the folks are friendly......some docks are new after the storms of '04/'05
