The Marina at Factory Bay features the state of the art concrete Unifloat Dock System. Water depths at the slips range from 4 to 12 feet (LMW) and can accommodate yachts up to 107 feet. In addition, the marina has the convenience of a storage locker, a pump out facility and hook-ups for electric, water, cable TV, and telephone. The Marina at Factory Bay has 71 slips available for purchase or for lease. Daily, weekly, Semi-annual & Annual agreements are offered.
